Privacy Policy

1. Information We Collect

Ink Atlas is designed to work without requiring an account. We do not ask you to provide your name, email address, phone number, precise location, contacts, photos, camera access, or other sensitive personal information.

The app may store the following information locally on your device:

• Saved artwork IDs
• Favorite or saved paintings
• Cached artwork images
• Basic app preferences or progress-related information

This information is stored on your device and is not sent to our servers.

2. Artwork Images and Network Requests

Ink Atlas loads artwork images from public online sources, including Wikimedia Commons. When your device loads these images, those third-party services may receive standard technical information, such as your IP address and request details, as part of normal internet communication.

Ink Atlas does not use these requests to identify you, track you, or build a personal profile.

3. Subscriptions and Purchases

Ink Atlas may offer optional paid features through Ink Atlas Pro.

All purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card information. Apple may process information related to your purchase, subscription status, refunds, or billing according to Apple's own privacy policy and App Store terms.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple ID subscription settings.

4. How We Use Information

Ink Atlas uses local app data only to provide app features, such as:

• Showing saved artworks
• Loading and caching images faster
• Remembering your selected content or preferences
• Enabling access to Pro features after purchase

We do not use your data for advertising, third-party tracking, or cross-app profiling.

5. Analytics, Advertising, and Tracking

Ink Atlas does not currently use third-party advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, or tracking technologies.

We do not track you across apps or websites owned by other companies. We do not sell personal information.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with advertisers or data brokers.

Information may be processed by Apple for App Store purchases and subscriptions. Public artwork images may be loaded from third-party hosting services such as Wikimedia Commons.

We may disclose information only if required to comply with applicable law, legal process, or enforceable government request.

7. Data Retention

Saved artworks, cached images, and app preferences remain on your device until you delete them, clear app data, or uninstall the app.

If you contact us for support, we may keep your message and contact information only as long as needed to respond to your request and maintain support records.

8. Children's Privacy

Ink Atlas is an art education and reference app. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

9. Your Choices

You can control your information by:

• Deleting saved artworks inside the app, where available
• Uninstalling the app to remove local app data from your device
• Managing subscriptions through your Apple ID settings
• Contacting us with privacy-related questions

10. International Users

Ink Atlas may be available in multiple countries or regions. By using the app, you understand that third-party services such as Apple and Wikimedia Commons may process technical information according to their own policies and applicable laws.

11. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide notice in the app or on our website.
